Appointments
Call to schedule an appointment at 303-920-8771. You may then access the extension for the therapist that you would like to speak with, or leave a message for our clinical director, Dr. Ron Veatch who can help you select the counselor best for your needs.
 
Appointments are generally scheduled for 50 minutes. Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you; therefore, absences and cancellations will be charged the full amount unless you notify your therapist at least 24 hours in advance. Unforeseen emergencies will be considered.
 
Fees
Each 50-minute individual session costs $65 to $100 depending upon the individual therapist. The fee will be collected at the start of each session.
 
Several of CCA staff are currently contracted with insurance carriers. For those with contracted insurance coverage, CCA will submit the insurance claim and collect only the applicable copay from the client.
 
Requests for adjustments to the usual fee must be discussed with your counselor. Applications for sliding scale fees are also available.
